Operate a technologically advanced and environmentally compatible facility dedicated to the performance of music, dance, and other art forms as appropriate.

Serve a diverse community with concerts, programs, and residencies by professional artists and nationally and internationally known ensembles; festivals featuring local and regional performers; youth and children's programming and cultural educational opportunities for all ages.

Demonstrate, through its programs and venue, that the arts and the community can prosper together.
